Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Water Industry (Charges) (Vulnerable Groups) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 31st March 2003.

These Regulations do not apply to any water or sewerage undertaker whose area is wholly or mainly in Walesf1.
