# The Water Industry Commissioner for Scotland (Dissolution) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 4th September 2007
Coming into force 1st October 2007
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
