  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 1st October 2007 as the date for the dissolution of the office of the Water Industry Commissioner for Scotland (“the Commissioner”). The functions of the Commissioner are now carried out by the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, a body corporate established under section 1 of the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 3).",
