  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Water Industry (Financial Assistance) Act 2012.\n(2) Sections 1 and 2 come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the date on which this Act is passed.\n(3) This section comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed.\n(4) This Act extends to England and Wales only.",
