# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 1


In section 7(8) of the Opencast Coal Act 1958 (definitions etc. for the purposes of section 7), in the definition of “statutory water undertakers”, in paragraph (ii), for the words from “a water authority” to the end substitute “Scottish Water”.
