# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 10


In section 11(3) of the Competition Act 1980 (references of public bodies and certain other persons to the Commission), after paragraph (c) insert–
“(ca) Scottish Water;”.
