In section 98(9) of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (use of certain conduits for telecommunication purposes)f1–

(a)

in the definition of “public sewer”, in paragraph (b), for “a sewerage authority” substitute “Scottish Water”;

(b)

the definition of “sewerage authority” is repealed; and

(c)

in the definition of “water authority”, in paragraph (b), for the words from “shall” to “1994” substitute “means Scottish Water”.
