# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 14


In section 233 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc.)–
(a) in subsection (3)(c), for “a water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”; and
(b) in subsection (5), paragraph (c) is repealed.
