# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 17


In section 47(1) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 (general interpretation provisions), in the definition of “relevant water body”, in paragraph (b), for “a water and sewerage authority established by section 62 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994” substitute “Scottish Water”.
