# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 18


In section 50(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (right to time off for public duties), for paragraph (h) substitute–
“(h) Scottish Water or a Water Customer Consultation Panel,”.
