# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 5


In section 3(3)(c) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (grant and variation of nuclear site licences), for the words from “any local water authority” to the end substitute “Scottish Water;”.
