# The Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 6


In section 37B of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968 (exclusion from register of information affecting national security)–
(a) in subsection (2), for “a sewerage authority” substitute “Scottish Water”;
(b) in subsection (3)–
(i) for “The sewerage authority” substitute “Scottish Water”; and
(ii) for “they exclude” substitute “it excludes”; and
(c) in subsection (4), for “the sewerage authority” substitute “Scottish Water”.
