In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified)f1–

(a)

the entry “The Scottish Water and Sewerage Customers Council or any committee established by that council under paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 9 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994” is repealed; and

(b)

insert at the appropriate places the following entries–

  • “Scottish Water.”;

  • “A Water Customer Consultation Panel.”.
