  "text": "By 1st April 2021, and subsequently at intervals not exceeding 5 years from that date, in accordance with section 30 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 the Secretary of State must—\n(a) carry out a review of this Order;\n(b) set out the conclusions of the review in a report; and\n(c) publish the report.",
