# The Water Quality and Supply (Fees) Order 2016, Article 5: Review

Extent: E+W

By 1st April 2021, and subsequently at intervals not exceeding 5 years from that date, in accordance with section 30 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 the Secretary of State must—
(a) carry out a review of this Order;
(b) set out the conclusions of the review in a report; and
(c) publish the report.
