# The Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006, Regulation 3: Information to be included in an application

Extent: E+W

(1) An application for an abstraction licence or an impounding licence—
(a) must include such information, including maps, and
(b) must be accompanied by such reports,
as the Agency reasonably requires in order to determine it.
