# The Water Resources (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, Regulation 2


In regulation 2(1) of the Water Resources (Licences) Regulations 1965, after the definition of “the Minister”, there shall be inserted–
““National Park” includes the Broads;
“National Park planning authority” includes the Broads Authority;”.
