  "text": "The following are water saving measures—\n(a) refraining from using a hosepipe or sprinkler to water a garden or plants,\n(b) refraining from using a hosepipe or pressure washer to clean—\n(i) a private motor vehicle,\n(ii) a private leisure boat,\n(iii) a domestic path, patio or other artificial outdoor surface,\n(c) refraining from using a hosepipe to—\n(i) draw water for domestic recreational use,\n(ii) fill or maintain a domestic pond,\n(iii) clean the exterior of domestic premises,\n(d) refraining from filling or maintaining—\n(i) a swimming pool,\n(ii) a paddling pool,\n(iii) an ornamental fountain,\n(iv) a non-domestic pond,\n(e) refraining from watering—\n(i) outdoor plants on commercial premises,\n(ii) a fairway on a golf course,\n(f) refraining from using water to clean—\n(i) a vehicle or boat (other than a private motor vehicle or private leisure boat),\n(ii) an aircraft or railway rolling stock,\n(iii) non-domestic premises,\n(iv) industrial plant,\n(g) refraining from operating—\n(i) a mechanical vehicle washer,\n(ii) a cistern in an unoccupied or closed non-domestic building,\n(h) refraining from using water to suppress dust at non-domestic premises,\n(i) such other measures as Scottish Water or (as the case may be) the Scottish Ministers consider to be necessary or expedient to abate a serious deficiency, or threat of a serious deficiency, of water supplies.",
