# Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013, Section 22: Other definitions for Part


In this Part—
“holder” means person in whose favour the Scottish Ministers' approval under this Part has effect for the time being,
“premises” includes any land, building or other place,
“SEPA” means the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
