  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may give Scottish Water directions as to the exercise of its functions under a water shortage order.\n(2) Scottish Water must comply with directions given to it under subsection (1).\n(3) Directions under subsection (1) may vary or revoke earlier such directions.\n(4) This section is without prejudice to any other enactment providing for the Scottish Ministers to give directions to Scottish Water.",
