  "text": "(1) Except section 53 (and schedule 4), this Part comes into force on the day after Royal Assent.\n(2) The other provisions of this Act (including that section (and schedule)) come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.\n(3) An order under subsection (2) may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.",
