  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs an approved person in the exercise of the authority mentioned in section 76O(1)(b).\n(2) In subsection (1), “approved person” means person approved as mentioned in section 76O(2).\n(3) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.",
