  "heading": "Specifying bodies of water",
  "text": "(1) For the purpose of section 76M(5)(a)(ii), the Scottish Ministers may by order specify any bodies of water that are—\n(a) used for the abstraction of water intended for human consumption, or\n(b) intended to be used as mentioned in paragraph (a).\n(2) An order under subsection (1) may specify any bodies of water by reference to a map prepared in connection with the order (and laid along with it).\n(3) The Scottish Ministers must send to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency a copy of—\n(a) an order made under subsection (1), and\n(b) any map prepared in pursuance of subsection (2).",
