Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply Licence (Application) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

Regulations 1, 2 and 3 shall come into force on 11th July 2005 and all other regulations shall come into force on 1st August 2005.
