# The Water Undertakers (Rateable Values) (Wales) Order 2000, Article 9: Application

Extent: E+W

Article 10 applies for the purpose of determining, as regards any day on which, pursuant to the Central List Regulations, Welsh hereditaments occupied by a scheme transferee are shown in the central rating list, the rateable value (as a whole) of the Welsh hereditaments.
