# The Water Undertakings (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Water Undertakings (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 31st March 2003 but shall have effect as from 1st April 2002.
