# The Watermark Disease (Local Authorities) Order 1974, Article 6: Reports to Forestry Commissioners


A Council shall furnish to the Forestry Commissioners a report of any action taken by them under this Order and a copy of any notice served under paragraph (1) or (2) of Article 5 of this Order.
