  "text": "In any Act passed before 31st July 1963—\n(a) any reference to local authorities for the purposes of the Weights and Measures Acts 1878 to 1936 shall continue to be construed as a reference to local weights and measures authorities, and\n(b) any reference to an inspector of weights and measures shall continue to be construed as a reference to an inspector within the meaning of this Act.",
