  "text": "In paragraph 15 of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Act 1985—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4), after the words “this paragraph” there shall be inserted the words “and section 69(1)(a) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985”,\n(b) in sub-paragraph (5), for the words “(1) to (3) above” there shall be substituted the words “(2) and (3) above and the said section 69(1)(a)”, and\n(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (6), there shall be inserted the words “and the said section 69(1)(a)”.",
