  "text": "(1) Section 12 of the Weights and Measures &c. Act 1976 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted the following—\n“(d) section 21, 22 or 23 of the 1985 Act;”.\n(3) In subsection (9)(c), for the words “the 1963 Act” there shall be substituted the words “the 1985 Act”.",
