  "text": "The following shall be exempted from all the requirements of this Part of this Schedule, that is to say—\n(a) pea or bean seeds in a quantity of less than 250 grams or of less than 250 millilitres, and\n(b) any other goods in a quantity of less than 30 grams or of less than 30 millilitres.",
