  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under any of the provisions of this Act specified in subsection (2) below shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.\n(2) The provisions of this Act to which subsection (1) above refers are—\nsection 8(4);\nsection 9(4);\nsection 10(2);\nsection 11(3);\nsection 11(14);\nsection 13(1);\nsection 13(2);\nsection 13(3);\nsection 14(3);\nsection 14(5);\nsection 15(3);\nsection 15(5);\nsection 15A(3);\nsection 18(3);\nsection 20(2);\nsection 20(4);\nsection 20(7);\nsection 20(8);\nsection 80;\nsection 81(1);\nsection 81(2);\nparagraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 4;\nparagraph 28(3) of Schedule 5.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph 24(4)\nof Schedule 5 to this Act shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £2,000.\n(4) A person guilty of an offence—\n(a) under section 17(3) or 20(3)(b) above, or\n(b) under paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to this Act,\nshall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.\n(5) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(6) A person guilty of an offence under any provision of this Act other than those mentioned in subsections (1) to (5) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.\n(7) The Secretary of State may by order alter the penalty imposed by subsection (3) above but such an order shall not impose any penalty exceeding that provided by subsection (6) above.",
