Regulation 2 Amendment of the Weights and Measures Act 1985

(1)

The Weights and Measures Act 1985^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 94(1) (general interpretation) for the definition of “the FIC Regulation”^f2 substitute—

““the FIC Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;”^f3.
