# The Weights and Measures etc. (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Weights and Measures (Northern Ireland) Order 1981


(1) The Weights and Measures (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 2(2) (interpretation) for the definition of “the FIC Regulation” substitute—
““the FIC Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers;”.
