# The Weights and Measures (Food) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 12: Amendments to the Weights and Measures Act 1985


In Schedule 7 (composite goods and collections of articles)—
(a) in paragraph 2(1), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) that are subject to the FIC Regulation, or”;
(b) in paragraph 3, after sub-paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) This paragraph does not apply to aerosol products containing goods that are subject to the FIC Regulation.”
(c) in paragraph 4, after subparagraph (1) insert—
“(1A) This paragraph does not apply to a collection containing any goods that are subject to the FIC Regulation.”
