# The Weights and Measures (Food) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 23: Amendments to the Weights and Measures (Miscellaneous Foods) Order 1988


In article 5—
(a) in paragraph (1) omit “and (2)”;
(b) in paragraph (5) for “not pre-packed shall” substitute “sold loose must”; and
(c) for paragraph (6) substitute—
“(6) Shortbread, when sold loose must, if sold by retail, be sold only by net weight, unless sold in a quantity of eight pieces or fewer.”
