Regulation 28 Amendments to the Weights and Measures (Miscellaneous Foods) Order 1988

For article 12 substitute—

“12.

In the case of preserved milk for human consumption, when pre-packed or made up in a container for relevant wholesale, the container must be marked with an indication of quantity by net weight, unless sold in a quantity of less than 5 g.”
