# The Weights and Measures (Food) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 7: Amendments to the Weights and Measures Act 1985


In section 35(3) (defence: deficiency due to evaporation or drainage), after “required by or under this Part of this Act”, insert “or the FIC Regulation”.
