# The Weights and Measures (Food) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 9: Amendments to the Weights and Measures Act 1985


In section 38 (special powers of inspectors), in subsections (1)(b), (c)(i) and (iii) and (3) after “this Part of this Act” each time it appears, insert “or the FIC Regulation”.
