# The Weights and Measures (Jersey) Order 1992, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Jersey) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Weights and Measures Act 1985.
(3) The Weights and Measures (Jersey) Order 1969 is hereby revoked.
