# Weights and Measures (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 43: Power of Department to provide adjustment service


The Department may make arrangements for the provision of a service for the adjustment of weights and measures, but not of other weighing or measuring equipment, subject to the payment, by persons requiring the said service, of the prescribed fee.
