  "text": "WEIGHTS AND MEASURES\nMade 30th June 1992\nLaid before Parliament 3rd July 1992\nComing into force 1st January 1993\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 47(1), 49(1)(a) and (b), 66, 86 and 94(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
