WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Made 30th June 1992
Laid before Parliament 3rd July 1992
Coming into force 1st January 1993
The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 47(1), 49(1)(a) and (b), 66, 86 and 94(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—
