# The Weights and Measures (Prescribed Stamp) Regulations 1968, Schedule 2: FORM OF STAMP FOR USE BY INSPECTORS GENERALLY


A stamp comprising—
(i) a crown in the form of the diagram set out in Schedule 1; and
(ii) in close proximity to the said crown, a date mark consisting of numerals indicating the year and (if so desired) the month in which the equipment is stamped; and
(iii) subjacent to the said crown an identification mark consisting of numerals (or with the approval of the Board of Trade, some other device) identifying the inspector concerned.
