(1)

Liquid capacity measures made of pewter or of other tin alloys shall contain at least 80 per cent. by weight of tin, and shall not contain more than 10 per cent. by weight of lead.

(2)

All such measures shall bear the name and address of the maker on the underside of the bottom of the measure.
