  "text": "The prescribed limits of error for linear measures shall be—\n(a) in relation to the passing of any such measure as fit for use for trade, the appropriate amount specified in paragraph 2 or 3, as the case may be, of this Part of this Schedule;\n(b) in relation to the obliteration of the stamp on any such measure, an amount equal to four times the appropriate amount specified in paragraph 2 or 3, as the case may be, of this Part of this Schedule.",
