  "text": "Weights And Measures\nMade 22nd February 2015\nLaid before Parliament 25th February 2015\nComing into force\nfor the purpose of Part 1 of the Schedule 25th March 2015\nfor remaining purposes 1st December 2015\nThe Secretary of State is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the regulation of specifications, construction, placing on the market and use of equipment intended for weighing, measuring or testing or for ancillary purposes.\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and the powers conferred by sections 10(1), 11(1) and (4), 15(1) and (2), 86(1) and 94(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985.",
