The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 21(4) of the Weights and Measures Act 1963 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1963”) and now vested in him^f1, and his powers under paragraph 3C(3) of Schedule 6 to the Act of 1963 as amended by Schedule 4 to the Weights and Measures &c Act 1976, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1976”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
