  "text": "(1) The information required by paragraph 3C(2)(a) shall be in the following terms:—\n“All open sacks on this vehicle contain either 25kg or 50kg”.\n(2) The information—\n(a) shall be marked on the vehicle or on a durable material securely affixed to the vehicle:\n(b) shall be clearly and permanently inscribed in characters of a height of not less than 6 cm; and\n(c) shall be easily read from either side of the vehicle.",
