# The Weights and Measures (Solid Fuel) Regulations 1978, Regulation 4


(1) The information required by paragraph 3C(2)(a) shall be in the following terms:—
“All open sacks on this vehicle contain either 25kg or 50kg”.
(2) The information—
(a) shall be marked on the vehicle or on a durable material securely affixed to the vehicle:
(b) shall be clearly and permanently inscribed in characters of a height of not less than 6 cm; and
(c) shall be easily read from either side of the vehicle.
